SCIQUEST AT PERIMETER PARK

Completed 80,000 square foot anchor lease on behalf of SciQuest at Perimeter Park. Provided strategy to take advantage of fast changing market, which included a disposition of an existing ~40,000 square foot lease and relocation to a building then being built spec. The disposition was secured to align with the relocation, but successfully structured below market economics given the variability of the sublease back-fill.
