MOTRICITY AT AMERICAN TOBACCO

Completed complete historic renovation headquarters for high growth technology company Motricity at American Tobacco's Hill Building.  Building was without a roof or floor and became known as one of the most impressive build-outs in the Triangle market.  The ~70,000 square foot space included a ~10,000 square foot mezzanine and was completed with reclaimed timbers, truly creating a one-of-a-kind workplace.  

Also completed transactions for Motricity in Seattle, London, San Francisco and Chicago.
