SQUARE 1 BANK AT AMERICAN TOBACCO

Negotiated a 42,000 square foot headquarters lease in two separate transactions for upstart venture bank, Square 1 Bank.  Later represented Square 1 Bank across the country as they expanded their footprint, which included lease transactions in London, San Francisco, New York, Boston, Sand Hill, Los Angeles and Chicago.
